The fast track approach will be just that , very fast. Just a couple of pool sessions to practice the rescues and then one day of assessment.
I am happy to assess you but don't want you to make sure sure that you are confident about the skills needed.

Jessica would be welcome to join the 2* course running this summer. I am not sure if her skills are up to the fast track just yet, but will make sure they are by the time we assess her.
