I'm bringing by bad boy mamba
swam on the east lyn last week so need some practice ( actually i swam 3 time )
will be grateful for any tips or throw lines at LV Saturday

hmmmm, I might need to jump in it for a few runs if you don't mind, my burn is ermmmmmm...... well errrrr...... I'm not liking it.

Yeah great day guys, really enjoyed myself.
Thankfully only Paul and myself ventured over to the other course so there were only about 6 of us on it in total -- cheers! :-)
