Quick reminder, you need to take sleeping bags and indoor shoes. Nikki is also looking to bring food boxes to the pool on Wednesday evening to be spread amongst the cars going down.
Some paddlers are going down Friday daytime and should be at the accomadation first however there is a coded door at the back, if you need the code text Nikki or look on a food box

That was a fantastic trip , many thanks to Nikki for the organisation, and Paul, Di and Jack for river leading.

The Afon Tawe was a long paddle , we are not sure exactly how long because we ran off the map, but it seemed like 10kms of the "official" section took quite a while , and then we tackled what appeared to be half of the next section , complete with weirs galore. Really good that we all managed to keep cheerful in some pretty challenging conditions.

The Sunday paddle introduced everyone to the top section of the Usk above Sennybridge. It took some organisation to get everyone on discreetly , but most agreed that it adds an extra something to a paddle that we do pretty often on these trips. The shorter get off point certainly helped as we were in no state to do another marathon paddle after the Tawe.

I even thought that the carol singing has improved , (but it could hardly get any worse!)
