hi
If its not too cold i will be at Lee valley this Sunday
not sure what time but probably 1 hour on the legacy and 1 hour on olympic ( i will find out which hour the olympic is kayaks only and up date this post re: times )

I believe Tom, Hannah and Jack are planning to paddle then too.
If I can I'll join you all for quick swim, I mean paddle.... :-)

I believe AndyG and master French are interested in heading up, I'll see if I can get a pass and a baby sitter (damn that sounds middle aged).
Need to find out what time the big course is open, no point paddling half the loop for 2 hours ;)

I cant do saturday as i have an appointment with my tv , a small matter of odd shaped balls and taff butt kicking ;)
