Hi all
Off to lee valley this saturday 14:00 till 15:00 legacy 15:00 till !6:00 olympic
happy to help people on the legacy, normal rules apply on olympic ( i.e. every man for himself )
give me a call if you want to come in my van leaving Dartford at 13:00

Class session, had the loop all to myself for the second hour, and no queue for the bottom stopper once the big course had fired up :D

You don't count for two very good reasons;

1) A couple of high speed non stop runs down on the pretence of 'fitness' training doesn't count as someone to paddle with or give me something to dodge on the eddy lines.

2) You paddle for free
