Meridian Canoe Club

Pete and I took out the fibreglass K2 yesterday and kept falling out of it! The front cockpit gunnel was weak and now needs a repair. We have an ISOPON fibreglass repair kit and plan to do a fix at the boathouse on sat morning (7th July). Any help / advice v welcome.

Thanks for reporting the damage and your offer to repair, however the seam split will need an epoxy repair inside & out and the cockpit rim will need several layers to reinforce and get some strength back in to it, I will mark the boat as out of service until I can get round to fixing it.
