Re: Lee Valley This sunday 24th Feb

Oh Brian -- surely not :-)
I'll be there if you change your mind and decide to man up :D
BTW -- unless they've misinformed me, until the end of Feb the legacy is running until 2.00 and then the Olympic just from 2.00 til 3.00.

Re: Lee Valley 4th March 2012 CHANGE OF TIMES

Thanks to Di for organising this and to Ada for reaching a milestone to provide the excuse for the whole thing :-) What a fun afternoon / evening! Even though I work there most weekends I'd forgotten just how much fun actually paddling on both courses can be. Top that off with a nice refreshing dip ...

Was I being subtle? My bad :-)
Actually I'm very happy when there's only a handful on an assessment -- particularly if I can leave them all swimming about on the legacy course like today....

You're thinking of paddling at Lee Valley tomorrow wearing a wetsuit?
Having been there today I'm not convinced this is a course of action anyone with your best interests at heart would recommend....... :-)

Re: Upper Dart 3rd Feb - 5th Feb 2012

If you all decide that one day on the Upper is enough gnarliness for you and opt for a quick blast down something easier on the Sunday could someone please let me know on the Saturday evening?
The idea of driving all that way for a one-dayer on the loop would be my idea of hell :-)
