It flows into a really easy long road-side stretch of the Inn and rescues (even ones long after the event) are really simple.

Laps of the Olympic course are becoming like digestive biscuits: you get to the end of one and are planning to walk away when you think 'Go on -- one more won't hurt....' and off you go again....

Couldn't join you on Saturday Brian but I had a great paddle today -- 3 and 1/2 hours on legacy and 1 and 1/2 hours on the Olympic.
