Club member, paddles on Saturdays, likes a good swim every now and then.
No mention of Chris paddling yesterday when I spoke to him today, so that leaves....

Happy days, Lea valley has returned to its summer hours at the weekend 10 till 5, no Wednesday sessions yet though.

I'll be heading up for an early(ish) session on Sunday if anyone fancies it, looks like there will be a few canoes to dodge in the eddys though ;)

Hmm, maybe a trip to Shepperton would fulfill the intended brief better, I can't see Yalding doing anything useful for a while, due to the amount of ground water, if theres even a whiff of rain they will fully open the sluice and drain both sides. Have you seen the wind speeds??! That looks like a recipe for a vicious wall of water dumping on to shingle... You can go and chase your paddles down the beach. I'll film it for kicks n' shiz.
