Barle Trip 12 - 14 March Simonsbath

Post by samk »

Hi Folks

The Barle trip at Simonbath this year will be 12 -14 March, http://www.simonsbathhouse.co.uk

The cost is £49 per head (£18 per night B&B and £13 evening meal) and includes bed and breakfast for 2 nights and Saturday evening meal of lasagne, garlic bread and Salad and dessert of ice creams, fruit salad or apple crumble & custard. The accommodation is warm, dry and clean and we are well catered for.

The Barle is a nice grade 2-3 river and suitable for beginners.

If there is no water in the Barle we will surf and no doubt play rounders as we have done in the past.

Happy Paddling Di

Hi Russ and Simon,

It's easy to book you just need to give your money (cheque to me and it will secure your place). I have booked for Meridian and will confirm numbers with the owner nearer the date. Russ you are welcome to bring your son as you will be with him all the time on and off the water. You will need to bring sleeping bags but other then that just pleanty of warm clothes for the river. Regards Di

Hi Di,

Haven't managed to get down to the lake in a while. Was speaking with June, and would really like to get on the Barle Trip. Could you let me know if there are places left available??

Will be down the lake this weekend coming but didn't want to miss out if places going fast.

Thanks

John

Hi Graham

Take no notice of Nigel we would love to see you, you are more than welcome. Give Ada a ring first if there is no water we normally go for a Surf.

Happy paddling Di
