Paddler Development
To enable the club to facilitate the paddling development of its members, a generic plan pathway document has been created for use by club members.
This pathway can be found by clicking on this picture.
Club members are encouraged to review their progress on this chart, to help establish what their next training and development requirements may be. These should then be discussed with a club coach, and a development action plan drawn up.
To help members achieve their paddling development, the club will attempt to plan and schedule the following activities each year to provide the help required. If demand is sufficient and there are no internal coaches available, the club will outsource course modules where appropriate, although this will likely lead to an increase in cost for the relevant course.
